La société, désormais rebaptisée 3S Photonics et spécialisée dans les composants optiques et optoélectroniques pour les réseaux de télécommunication, vient d'annoncer une levée de fonds de 13 millions d'euros auprès du FSI, le Fonds Stratégique d'Investissement (10 M€), d'Alto Invest (2,5 M€) et de Midi Capital (0,45 M€)."Au vu du contexte international et bien que notre résistance à la crise soit plutôt bonne, l'apport en capital de nos partenaires s'avère opportun et va constituer un véritable accélérateur de croissance. ", explique Alexandre Krivine, Président Directeur Général de 3S Photonics.
Une levée de fonds qui devrait surtout permettre à cette société de 160 collaborateurs située dans "l'Optic Valley" au Sud de Paris, de poursuivre ses diversifications dans le laser industriel, la défense voire le domaine médical.
